Applies across every gamemode. Ignorance isn't a defense — staff can and will act on all of these. Ban appeals go through Discord.

Respect

  1. No harassment or hate speech. Racism, homophobia, sexism and targeted harassment are instant, non-negotiable bans.
  2. No spamming or chat flooding. Keep caps and repeated messages to a minimum.
  3. No impersonating staff. Don't claim rank or authority you don't have, in-game or on Discord.
  4. Follow staff instructions. Disagree in a ticket, not by ignoring a direct warning.

Fair play

  1. No cheat clients or X-ray. Includes killaura, reach, autoclickers and any ore-revealing texture pack or mod.
  2. No exploiting bugs or duplication glitches. Report them in a ticket instead — we reward legitimate bug reports.
  3. No lag machines. Farms or builds designed to crash or slow the server will be removed without compensation.
  4. One account per player unless a second account is registered as an alt with staff.

Building & land

  1. No griefing. Never break, place or steal from a build outside your own claim.
  2. Claim your land. Unclaimed builds outside spawn are not protected — that's on you, not staff.
  3. Keep builds appropriate. No offensive imagery, symbols or structures.
  4. Inactive claims may be reclaimed after 45 days of no logins, with a warning posted in-world first.

Prison & PvP zones

  1. PvP is opt-in outside flagged zones. Inside Prison combat blocks, it's always on — know before you mine there.
  2. Combat logging is bannable. Disconnecting to escape a fight you're losing counts.
  3. Gang territory disputes go through staff if they escalate past normal PvP — don't take it to alt-account harassment.

Economy & trading

  1. No real-money trading for in-game currency, items or accounts outside the official store.
  2. No scamming other players in trades, auctions or shops.
  3. Chargebacks on store purchases result in a permanent ban across all gamemodes.

Enforcement

Most first offenses get a warning or a temporary mute/ban. Cheating, hate speech and scamming skip straight to a ban. Staff decisions can be appealed in a Discord support ticket — appeals are reviewed by someone who wasn't involved in the original action.
